Made to Orders

"Made to Order" are custom-made or specially requested items created or sourced just for you. Because these items are made to order, all Made to Orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun. 

Production will begin 48 hours after purchase to allow time for any necessary changes or cancellations.

If a cancellation is requested after the 48-hour window but before production begins, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover materials and preparation costs. Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are no longer available. 

NOTE: We usually try to keep one of each MTO item in stock at all times, so it may be possible to get items shipped out earlier than the 2-4 week shipping period.
