Product Returns & Refund Policy

Final Sale Notice

All purchases marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
“Final Sale” products include clearance items, made to order items, and handcrafted items.


Made to Order

"Made to Order" are custom-made or specially requested items created or sourced just for you. Because these items are made to order, all "Made to Order" are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun

Production will begin 48 hours after purchase to allow time for any necessary changes or cancellations. 

If a cancellation is requested after the 48-hour window but before production begins, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover materials and preparation costs. Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

If there are any issues with your special order, such as damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to review your concern and assist with a replacement or repair when applicable.


Returns & Exchanges

At Timco Magic, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Return Conditions:

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange an exchange for the same item. Exchanges are processed once the return has been approved and the item has been received and inspected.

Defective Items: If your item is defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange an exchange for the same item. We’ll gladly process your exchange once the item has been received and inspected.

Non-Damaged/Non-Defective Items: Items that do not fall under the “Final Sale” notice are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, Timco Magic will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after processing. If you prefer, you may request a store credit instead of a refund.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
